  • Brubaker Farms 

    Family business owned by Luke and Barbara Brubaker and their two sons, Tony and Mike. The farm started in the late 1930’s and has developed over the years from 8 cows to a 750 dairy cow, 600 young stock and 48,000 boiler operation. The Brubaker’s are not only excellent business entrepreneurs, but they are innovative and environmentally conscious. The Brubaker’s have recently added a manure digester to the operation. The digester generates enough electricity to power 150-200 homes a day.

    This breakfast promised to be a wonderful lifelong learning opportunity to connect with LMH friends and alumni who are endeavoring to practice personal faith, Christlike witness, peacemaking and service within the business community.
