During their 25th reunion on August 1, the class of 1984 went back in time as they enjoyed a display of old pictures, Campus Chorale dresses and gym uniforms. They also viewed a DVD that included pictures and consumer facts from 1984 (did you know that in 1984 a cell phone cost $3,500?), participated in a Name that Tune game with music from the 1980s, and tried to identify old campus photos. The reunion, held at the Lancaster Campus, also included a campus tour, dinner, and memory sharing by former teachers Clyde Hollinger, Dottie Weber and Charlie Longenecker, as well as classmates Kristin Weaver Woods and Tony Gehman. They ended their fun evening with Clyde Hollinger leading them in “Praise God from Whom” (606 in an earlier Mennonite hymnal), and more visiting with each other. The event drew 41 class members plus 35 guests.
