The 1990 class reunion was held at Leola Restaurant on August 20.
It included punch and mingling at 5 pm, a delicious buffet meal at 6
pm and a slide show (computer generated) of pictures from the past
and present day of class
members and their families, hobbies, travels etc.
According to Jan Good-Bollinger, "The slide show was the highlight and generated the most laughs and comments."
"However, I was really overwhelmed at how much people just
enjoyed visiting. The only problem we had was trying to get people quiet for occasional
announcements! What a great problem to have!"
During the meal, people visited and answered some conversation cards that Jan created to push conversation to another level. During dessert people were encouraged to change tables to make sure to visit with a variety of people.
There were about 53 in attendance--31 or 32 were classmates.
