Mr. Baer has been working at the Kraybill Campus since 1984 and has more than 30 years of total experience.  He is a gifted wood worker and has exceptional skills and knowledge in construction and repair.  Along with many smaller projects, he has served as the general contractor for several major building projects on the Kraybill Campus, and was the school's liaison with High Construction  for the construction of the Kraybill Campus gymnasium/auditorium in 1993. He coordinated the Meetinghouse Renovation Project to renovate the historic Kraybill Meetinghouse on the Kraybill Campus. He attended Kraybill Mennonite School and graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School.
