Favorite Quote:
"Intellectually I know it is impossible, but emotionally I keep hoping!" (Young brother to older sister in a Christmas movie from the 1980s)

Why I enjoy my work:

Because for 30 years I’ve learned so much from the younger and older perspectives I’ve been blessed to connect with. It is humbling to experience the refreshing levels of insight, wisdom, and goodness of high school kids! They remind me that learning is a life-long journey, and there are some young kids who seem to be farther down the road than me!

Background:

I am married to Joanne, and have two daughters, a son, a beagle, and a cat.  I have been a guitarist and bass player for over 40 years, and I play regularly at my church and with other local groups.
