- Served as director of development at Hinkletown Mennonite School prior to LMS

Other:
Husband Phil Leaman is a 1981 LMH alum who serves as president/CEO of Resource Partners, a non-profit organization providing risk management for peace-church organizations nationally. Ruth and Phil have four children and attend East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church where Ruth serves as a youth advisor for the MYF group. Ruth enjoys meeting people, international cuisine (the spicier, the better!), reading, windsurfing, and all sorts of good music.
