Educational Background:

DeVry Technical Institute. Graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School. At LMH, Ryan was heavily involved with the technical aspects of the drama department—from sound and lighting to set construction.

Current work at LMH :

Ryan oversees all technical needs of stage events in the High Fine Arts Center. He also assists the Locust Grove and New Danville campuses and attends to day-to-day sound and lighting needs around the Lancaster Campus.

Enjoys Work Because:

"Looking back when I took the position, I know why God placed me here. The way I get to interact with the students and guide them, though challenging sometimes, is very rewarding, knowing I am making a difference."

Other:

Ryan attends Stumptown Mennonite Church where he serves as technical director. Ryan also freelances at several theatres in the Lancaster area, does consultation work for many area churches, and provides sound reinforcement services for outdoor weddings and other small gigs.
