Mr. Weber has more than 30 years of teaching and school administration, including:

• History, Bible & Social Studies teacher at Lancaster Mennonite High School for 10 years
• Operated a family business for 8 years
• Administrator of Kraybill Mennonite School from 1989 until it merged with Lancaster Mennonite School, after which he became principal of the Kraybill Campus.

Mr. Weber is involved in leadership of the Mennonite Elementary Education Council and has served on national committees for the coordination and promotion of Mennonite education.

Mr. Weber's hometown is Bowmansville, PA. He attended Garden Spot High School. His favorite subject is history. He enjoys biking, jogging and reading.
