Art Purchase Awards
Each year the art department purchases a student's work of art. These pieces become part of a growing permanent collection of student art at LMH that is hung around the different buildings of the LMH campus. This year we are purchasing two smaller works. Brossman Scholarship Award: Joel Nofziger
$500/year for 4 years
Peacemaking and Service Award
This LMH award is given to a student who through their example and efforts in relating to the school community, have demonstrated a commitment to peacemaking and service. The recipient of this year’s award is: Hans Weaver
Paradise Rotary Club Award ($1000)
Each year, the Paradise Rotary Club honors a member of the Senior Class who, in the opinion of the LMH faculty, has demonstrated through his/her service to the school the motto of Rotary International: “Service above self.” The following student has been selected to receive this award: Salina Almanzar
Principal’s Leadership Award
LMH recognizes outstanding student leadership within the student body. This year we have had many gifted student leaders serving in various organizations within the school making this a difficult selection to narrow down. This year’s recipient of the Principal’s Leadership Award goes to: Darian Harnish
Achievement Award
Each year, a member of the Freshmen, Sophomore or Junior class is recognized through the Achievement Award as a student who has done exemplary academic work while overcoming adverse circumstances. The Achievement Award given in the form of a $100 “Ruth Martin Tuition Scholarship” is presented this year to: Matilde Abel
Growth Award
The Growth Award is presented to a student who has shown the most academic improvement since last year or the beginning of this current school year. This award, in the form of a $100 “Ruth Martin Tuition Scholarship” goes to: Aaron Eckman
LMH Ebenezer Award
Each year, a member of the junior class is awarded a $50 tuition credit for the following school year. This Ebenezer Award is based on academic performance, co-curricular activities, and school citizenship. The 2008 recipient of the Ebenezer Award is: Dean Royal
LMH Alumni Association Awards
Each year, the LMH Alumni Association awards certificates of merit to selected sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have exemplified the school’s mission statement of academic excellence and Christ-like peacemaking and service in our society. The 2009 Alumni Association Award recipients are:
