FFA Students Awarded

The following HS students received recognition at the annual FFA banquet in early April: Kandace Hershey, Star Keystone for On Farm Placement; Katie Zimmerman, Star Keystone for Off Farm Placement; Derek Nissley, Outstanding Keystone Male Leader; Charise Garber, Outstanding Keystone Female Leader; Bryan Miller, American Welding Society; and Suzanne Yocum, Dekalb Agricultural Accomplishment Award. Red Rose Speaking Awards: Caitlyn Kelly, Second in Jr. Prepared Public Speaking; Josiah Rohrer, First in Extemporaneous Speaking; Kelsey Good, Second in Creed Speaking; Kristen Garber, Third in Creed Speaking; and Andrea Rohrer, Fifth in Creed Speaking. All of these students represented Lancaster County at the Regional Contest on April 16.
