Hostetter Wins Track & Field Honors

Lancaster Mennonite senior Matt Hostetter won golds in the long and triple jumps during the Lancaster-Lebanon Track and Field Championship Meet on May 9. His long jump was 22 feet, 1 1/2 inches, and his triple jump was 43 feet, 11 inches. He went on to compete at Districts and States.
In the District III meet, he won a silver medal in the long jump and finished fifth in the triple jump. His long jump qualified him for the state championship meet where he finished 10th in the long jump at the State level.
Matt is the son of Jerry and Anita Hostetter, Lancaster.
