Mark April 17 on your calendars for this great family friendly event! Buy your chicken barbecue meal tickets at the school office starting on April 8 (2257 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster). You can use our easy drive-thru pick-up line on April 17 starting at 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. or stay, eat and take part in the auction and kids’ activities.
AUCTION SCHEDULE
- 11:00 a.m. Chicken BBQ pick-up begins
- 3:30 p.m. Clerking office opens; stop by to get your bidding number and purchase gift certificates to local businesses.
- 4:00 p.m. Food stands open
- 4:30 p.m. Auction begins- Gift certificates, household, tools, toys, collectibles
- 4:00-8 p.m. Outdoor inflatable obstacle course (weather permitting)
- 6:00 p.m. Indoor kids’ activities – balloon art, movies, crafts, board games.
- 7:00 p.m. Featured items and class projects
