Youth Minister
The Youth Minister's office is located in the Prayer Room. He is a presence with students, builds relationships with them and provides ministry for spiritual formation.
The Youth Minister will:
- Be visible and present with students building strong relationships with them.
- Attend the student-led Bible study/prayer and praise as much as possible.
- Provide advice and counsel to students.
- Work with students for at least one student-led chapel per month.
- Help students understand their vocation is to follow Jesus daily in life.
- Serve as a member of the LMH Campus Ministries Advisory Council.
- Attend at least one faculty prayer meeting per week.
- Lead a LMH Advisory Group.
- Provide routine check-ins with new students as a way to build relationships.
- Spend at least one day per month involved in the middle school at the Kraybill and Locust Grove Campuses.
