Locations and Transportation
The beautiful 95-acre Lancaster Campus provides students in grades 6-12 in Lancaster Mennonite High School and Lancaster Mennonite Middle School with a comprehensive program of academics, fine arts, athletics and co-curricular activities. LMMS offers Project Based Learning through the LMMSConnect! program in grades 7 and 8.
The Locust Grove Campus provides PreK through grade 8. Locust Grove is one of the few schools in Lancaster County that offers the option of Spanish Immersion from kindergarten through sixth grade in addition to traditional classes.
A PreK-5 campus, New Danville features a strong early childhood program that prepares students for the next levels of learning. Within a very diverse student body, nurturing teachers create a fun, safe environment for learning.
Public School Transportation
Public school districts whose borders are within ten miles of a LM campus will transport students residing in that district from that district to that LM campus and back. The Ephrata School District will transport high school students to the Locust Grove Campus where they can get a LM shuttle to the Lancaster Campus. This public-private combination is the solution for high school students in the Ephrata/Akron area (the chart accurately shows that Ephrata School District does not transport directly to the Lancaster Campus).
Please contact your public school district for details about their non-public transportation policies and schedules (children under age 5 cannot be transported on public school buses).
LM Operated Bus Routes
LM runs a bus to bring northwest Lancaster County and southeast Dauphin County students to the Lancaster Campus for high school (for a fee). The bus to the Lancaster Campus has pick-up points in Hershey, Elizabethtown, Columbia and Mount Joy.
The Lancaster Campus also has a van serving western Chester County (Oxford, Parkesburg and Cochranville)
