What: PIAA sports physicals with Dr. Moreno and LGH
Who: any LMH student currently in 6th-11th grade interested in playing a sport next school year
When: Tues, June 1 from 5:30-8PM
Where: check-in at Gym A lobby
How: must use the Sign-up Genius for a time slot
Cost: $20 cash
Paperwork: PIAA physical packet (Sections 1-7) and LMS forms (3 forms) must be completed prior to arrival
