Jamie Rottmund
President of Clark Food Service Equipment
Jamie graduated from Lampeter-Strasburg in 2004. He received his B.S. in Computer Aided Product Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is also a board member of Lancaster Conservancy since 2018. Jamie attends Lancaster Brethren in Christ with his wife Stacey and two children, Paige and Finn who both attend LM. He is also a Scout leader for Finn’s Cub Scout pack.
Dr. Kim Phipps
President of Messiah University
Dr. Kim Phipps received her Ph.D. in Communication Studies (Rhetoric) from Kent State University. She also holds a M.A. in Speech Communication from Morehead State University and a B.A. in Biblical Studies, English and History minors, magna cum laude from Kentucky Christian College.
She is married to David “Kelly” Phipps and her daughter, E. Brooke Phipps, is a LMH grad class of 2010 (B.A. Wheaton College, M.A. Colorado State, Ph.D,
University of Maryland). She is a member of Grantham Brethren in Christ Church. Kim is a proud first generation college student and advocate for gracious hospitality
Christina Pantoja Williams
Millersville University
Director of Pre-College programs & First-Generation Student Initiatives
Christina graduated from Millersville University with her B.A and Temple University with a M. ED. She then went out to attend West Chester University and graduated with her Ed. D. She has a certificate in Workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, University of South Florida and a certificate in College Student well-being, Trauma, & Resilience from the University of South Florida.
She attends Journey Church in Strasburg, PA and has two Children, Annalina, Maxum who both attend LM.
