onCampus Information

At Lancaster Mennonite School, we use an online service called onCampus to help teachers, parents, and students communicate regarding studies and other classroom activities, including grades and attendance.

Parents, with your unique username and password, you may view academic records for your child. Other users cannot access your family’s information. You can access your username and set up a password by going to oncampus.lancastermennonite.org and clicking the “Forgot login or First time logging in?” link. Follow the instructions and be sure to use the email address you gave to the school office when you enrolled your child.  If you have difficulty accessing your username or setting up a password, please email support@lancastermennonite.org.

Students in grades 6-12 use their school username and password to access their information.

The following information can be found in onCampus:

  • Daily grades are available for grades 6-12.
  • Upcoming assignments and tests
  • Class information
  • Newsletters

To access student report cards, class schedules and transcripts (grades 9-12), log in to onCampus and click Resources.  Click “Report Cards and Schedules.  You will then be able to access the following information:

  • Attendance records and report cards (all grade levels except Pre-K)
  • Transcripts (grades 9-12)
  • Class schedules
  • Course requests (Parents can approve their students’ course selections for the following year; see these instructions.)

The school may block report card access if there is an outstanding bill on an account.

Our goal in using onCampus is to increase communication between parents, students, and the school. By default, you will need to sign into onCampus in order to see your messages. If you want these messages forwarded to your email or phone you can do so by first signing into onCampus, clicking on your name in the upper-right corner, and then selecting “Settings.” Once in Settings, you can select “Notifications” (the 2nd option on the left side of the screen). Then next to “Messages” you can check the box for email and/or text.

You will receive an email when report cards are ready to view online. Report cards may be printed upon request. You are always welcome to contact teachers regarding assignments and grades. If you need technical help to access your student’s online information, please email support@lancastermennonite.org.
