Dr. Barlet previously worked as the Supervisor of Multilingual Learning for Manheim Township School District in Lancaster, PA. Prior to that, she was an ESL Supervisor, ESL Specialist, and Reading Specialist for the School District of Lancaster.

In addition to her current role as an ESL/ELD Specialist, she serves as an adjunct instructor for courses within the ESL Certification Program at Eastern Mennonite University (Lancaster Campus). Other: In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, hiking, and traveling.

She has her LPN from LCCTC.

Before joining LM she was a LPN with the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lancaster Pediatric Associates, and the Addiction Recovery Systems of Lancaster. She is very detail oriented and excited to join the LM team! She attends LCBC.

Before joining LM as the part-time Elementary Administrative Assistant Kara had over 8 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse. During her time here at LM she has built relationships with families and staff and helped to care for sick and injured students.
