The New Danville Campus has a full-time elementary teaching position open for the 2021-2022 school year.
We are looking for an experienced teacher that has a passion for young students and is culturally competent to teach within a diverse student body. Experience with hybrid instruction and technology integration is preferred. Applicants should be committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective and to creating a teaching and learning environment that encourages and promotes creativity, inquiry and collaboration.

Residence Hall Director, Lancaster Mennonite School
LM School is seeking applicants that are passionate about student life in our residential high school setting, and LM’s core values and faith statements.  The Residence Hall Director provides holistic care for all students living in the dorm on the Lancaster campus, and manages Residence Hall Advisors. Residence Hall Director Description

The Residence Hall Director position will be a full time role and includes working directly with high school administration and director of admissions.  The role includes collaborating with support staff, and supporting international student recruitment.

Residence Hall Advisors (2 open positions), Lancaster Mennonite School
Lancaster Mennonite School, is seeking applicants that are passionate about student life in our residential high school setting, and LM’s core values and faith statements. Third Grade Spanish Immersion Teacher – Locust Grove Campus

The Locust Grove Campus has a full-time Third Grade Spanish Immersion teaching position open for the 2021-22 school year. MAINTENANCE — Full-Time — Lancaster Campus

The Lancaster Campus is looking for a 40 hour per week full time general maintenance position. Must be teachable, work on their own, lift at least 50 lbs, good with heights and motivated to improve knowledge of troubleshooting maintenance issues. Hours are 8-4:30. There will be times when you will be asked to work extra hours for snow, emergencies or special events. Applicants should be culturally competent to serve within a diverse student body and should be committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective and to maintaining a safe and well-maintained work space.

Mennonite Sports Organization (MSO) Field Hockey/Soccer Program Director, K-6 th grade – Part-time

Lancaster Mennonite School has a part-time opening for a Field Hockey/Soccer Sports Program Director for Mennonite Sports Organization (MSO), K-6th grade. The Director will be responsible to cultivate opportunities for students to participate in these sports as well as help develop active, healthy lifestyles and positive interaction between participants within the context of Christian sportsmanship. The position requires a person with knowledge of Field Hockey and Soccer programs and/or a degree that signifies a background in sports and recreation. The Director will work as part of a total MSO team to implement the mission of Lancaster Mennonite School. This position is 10 hours a week with the majority of time being during Saturdays.

  • Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach (2021-22 Season) – Applicable background checks required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a Faith Based background
  • Minimum of 3 years of travel, high school, college coaching or playing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous participation in high level (playing or coaching)
  • Strong leadership and teaching skills
  • Have a Faith Based background
  • Guest services/customer service background
  • Previous participation in athletics/clubs/school programs preferred
  • A positive and friendly attitude towards athletes, parents, officials, opposition, and fellow employees
  • Must be able to follow and explain directions both written and verbally
  • Must be able to follow both written and verbal directions
  • Initiative to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to safeguard confidential information
  • Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations
