Spanish Immersion Teacher — Locust Grove Campus

The Locust Grove Campus is seeking a primary grade Spanish Immersion teacher who is fluently bilingual and comfortable using Spanish to teach all subject areas. The candidate should have a passion for working with children at the primary age level and be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging and interactive environment that promotes learning. The successful candidate will have an understanding and vision that learning another language and culture is integral to being a missional school.

 After School Care — Kraybill Campus

The Kraybill Campus is looking for a supervisor for the after school program. Approximate hours would be 3-5:30 p.m. on school days and 12-5:30 p.m. on early dismissal days several times a year. This person should have a passion and energy for working with children.

Home Technology Teacher (part-time) — Kraybill Campus

The Kraybill Campus is seeking a part-time middle school home tech teacher. Approximate hours would be 8-11 a.m. for one day a week. The home tech position consists of instructing students in the industrial arts, including woodworking skills and minor electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks. Applicants should have skills in the industrial arts and be passionate about helping students to design, create, and learn.  .

Learning Support Aide — Lancaster Campus

The Lancaster Campus is seeking an assistant in the high school Learning Support classroom for the 2017-18 school year. We are looking for a person that has a passion for working with students with diverse learning needs, is flexible, collaborative, and patient.  The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with students in a special education setting, strives for academic excellence, and understands and lives out Anabaptist Christian values.

Elementary Music Teacher or Teachers (two part-time positions that could be combined)

The Locust Grove Campus, Lancaster, has a part-time K-8 music teaching position open for the 2017-18 school year. This could possibly be combined with the Kraybill Campus position.  Music education certification is required.  Responsibilities includes teaching K-8 general music classes, grades 6-8 mixed chorus and directing Christmas and spring programs for both elementary and middle school. We are seeking someone with a passion for music and working with students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.

 Special Event Custodian — Lancaster Campus

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a person to clean during and after special event groups at the Lancaster Campus. Most of the work will be on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Hours vary and are on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee of hours per day, week or month. Candidates must be able to provide custodial services that ensure safe and clean facilities. This position is paid by the hour and does not offer benefits.

Male and Female Residence Hall Advisors

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking male and female residence hall advisors for the 2017-2018 school year. We are looking for an individual with a global perspective who enjoys working with high school students to be responsible for supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.
