Lancaster Mennonite School has the following full-time position open, and the official start dates is July 2022. The Lancaster campus principal serves grades 5-8 Middle School programs and will empower students to change their world through Christ-like love, peacemaking and service.

Food Service Positions:

Residence Hall Cook - Food Service Department Part-time position — Lancaster Campus

The Lancaster Campus has a part-time position available for the 2021-2022 school year. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm each day that school is in session.  Basic duties include preparing and serving the evening meal to residence hall students as well as cleaning.

Athletics Positions

Mennonite Sports Organization (MSO) Coordinators

The Mennonite Sport Organization is experiencing tremendous growth with an increase in player participation and the number of programs that are offered. In order to maintain the current programs without capping participation, MSO is in need of sport coordinators.

Athletics Transportation Driver

The LM main campus is seeking a bus driver to drive students to athletic events. Days and hours of driving will vary based upon the sports seasons (Fall and Winter seasons are our busy seasons) interested persons should contact Transportation Director, Troy Hurst at: hursttd@lancastermennonite.org.

MSO Field Hockey/Soccer Program Director, K-6th grade – Part-time

Mennonite Sports Organization (MSO), a program of Lancaster Mennonite School, has a part-time opening for a Field Hockey/Soccer Sports Program Director, K-6th grade. The Director will be responsible to cultivate opportunities for students to participate in sports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a Faith Based background
  • Minimum of 3 years of travel, high school, college coaching or playing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous participation in high level (playing or coaching)
  • Strong leadership and teaching skills
  • Have a Faith Based background
  • Guest services/customer service background
  • Previous participation in athletics/clubs/school programs preferred
  • A positive and friendly attitude towards athletes, parents, officials, opposition, and fellow employees
  • Must be able to follow and explain directions both written and verbally
  • Must be able to follow both written and verbal directions
  • Initiative to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to safeguard confidential information
  • Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations
