Head Custodian – Full or Part-Time

The Lancaster campus has an immediate opening for a full or part time Head Custodian. The hours are 3:00pm – 11:30pm Monday through Friday. The candidate must be able to manage employees to maintain a clean facility. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and use of associated equipment is necessary.

Residential Hall Advisors

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking multiple residence hall advisors for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for individuals with a global perspective, who enjoy working with high school students, and are responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.

Accompanist/Collaborative Accompanist

The Mennonite Children’s Choir of Lancaster seeks a part-time accompanist/collaborative accompanist for Chamber Choir, our auditioned high school choir. Rehearsals occur on Tuesday evenings during the school year with weekend retreats and concerts in the fall and spring. The candidate will have advanced piano skills, preferably a degree in piano performance, and have experience accompanying choirs. Vocal experience, training, and understanding of the child and youth developing voice is a strength. In addition, a Collaborative Accompanist candidate will have a Collaborative Accompanist degree, experience and training in vocal technique, language instruction, and choral rehearsal leadership. Athletics Transportation Driver

LM is seeking a bus driver to drive students to athletic events. Days and hours of driving will vary based upon the sports seasons (Fall and Winter seasons are our busy seasons) interested persons should contact Transportation Director, Troy Hurst at: hursttd@lancastermennonite.org or 717-740-2439. For those interested, but do not have their Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements as well as additional certifications according to state regulations. If you don't have your license we will help get you the training you need. Starting rate begins at $19/hr.
