DIRECTOR OF ALUMNI RELATIONS AND ANNUAL FUND  — LM System Position on the Lancaster Campus

This position provides leadership for alumni relations and the ongoing development of the Annual Fund. The emphasis is to engage a greater number of alumni in LM events and activities increasing the number of legacy student and alumni giving at least $1000 and higher. This person sets strategy and plans for success in reaching annual fund goals. Successful applicants will be goal oriented, self motivated, and have a degree in business, marketing, or related fields. Applicants should be committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective and to passionately invite persons to support a teaching and learning environment that encourages and promotes creativity, inquiry, and collaboration.

DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY (FULL-TIME) — System

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a full-time Director of Technology for a school system comprised of four campuses. Candidates should have experience in education as well as organizational, programming, computer network, database management and interpersonal skills. This role is multifaceted and requires supporting employees, students, and parents, vetting software and hardware choices, negotiating contracts with vendors, managing databases and overseeing IT operations across the LM system. Required experience: 3 years of IT leadership, preferably in education.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES CUSTODIAN (PART-TIME) — LANCASTER CAMPUS

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking an As Needed Part-Time Extra Activities Custodian for the Lancaster Campus. Responsibilities include cleaning, lock up and being positive representative of Lancaster Mennonite School. Candidates should have experience in cleaning services, have good public relation skills and the ability to work weekends and late evenings. Candidate should also a self motivated, have the ability to independently problem solve and be able to lift up to 50lbs.

RESIDENCE HALL DIRECTOR – LANCASTER CAMPUS

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a Residence Hall Director for the 2019-20 school year. We are looking for an individual with a global perspective who enjoys working with high school students of diverse backgrounds and is responsible for the supervision and leadership of a team of advisors and the student residents. This is a live in position and candidates are expected to implement a boarding program that builds community and serves students’ needs. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith values. Experience in residence life and working with international students is strongly preferred.

MALE AND FEMALE RESIDENCE HALL ADVISORS – LANCASTER CAMPUS

Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a male and a female residence hall advisor for the 2019-2020 school year. We are looking for individuals with a global perspective who enjoys working with high school students and is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming.  This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.

MUSIC TEACHER/CHOIR DIRECTOR – LANCASTER CAMPUS

The Lancaster Campus has a full-time Music Teacher position open for the 2019-20 school year. We are looking for a dynamic choir director and teacher that has a passion for music and for high school and middle school students. This full time teacher will lead the choral program at the high school and middle school as well as teaching a number of music electives.  Candidates must have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and be culturally competent to teach within a diverse student body.
