AP & Dual Enrollment
Preparing for College
At LM, we take pride in our commitment to academic excellence and high expectations. We offer a broad range of challenging university-level courses, including dual enrollment courses from Millersville University and Messiah University.

LMH students have the option of taking on-campus AP classes for dual enrollment with Eastern Mennonite University (EMU) taught by LM teachers or other independent dual enrollment courses offsite through Messiah University and Millersville University. All AP and dual enrollment classes are weighted in our grading system using 1.2 as a multiplier factor when determining GPA.
Lancaster Mennonite was named to the 2023-24 AP School Honor Roll at the Silver Level based on criteria that reflects our students high test scores and school’s commitment to increasing college-going culture, opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness.

INDEPENDENT DUAL ENROLLMENT
Millersville University
The benefits of this partnership for Lancaster Mennonite students and graduates includes:
- Dual enrollment for LM students enrolling at Millersville University from their expansive dual enrollment course offerings while still a high school junior or senior at Lancaster Mennonite
- Discount of 50% off tuition at Millersville University for LM students who attend Millersville University while in high school
Messiah university
Through the Pathways Partner Program with Messiah University, LM students can get advanced standing in college upon graduation from Lancaster Mennonite School. LM students can take dual enrollment courses from Messiah University during the spring, summer and fall terms to meet the needs of high-achieving LM students who want to take college-level courses that can satisfy both high school and college credit. Pathway Partner schools receive a 20% discount off our already competitive dual enrollment rate. Students are eligible for up to seven credits per semester at $120 per credit hour.
