Support the school on April 27 with a fundraiser and fun community event
Lancaster Mennonite School is hosting our Annual Spring Celebration: Auction & BBQ fundraiser and community event on April 27, 2024 at the school, located at 2176 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA. Funds from the event will support making Christ-centered, world changing education at LM accessible to more students.
The event will include a chicken BBQ, silent and live auctions, bake sale, plant sale, and kids activities featuring an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, carnival games, and balloon animals!
Pre-registration for BBQ meals will close on Friday, April 12th. We encourage you to order online in advance and reserve your food, but you are welcome to purchase it first come first serve on the day-of as well. BBQ meals are $13 in advance and $15 the day of, and you can pre-order a half chicken for $9 (pre-registration only).
Kids’ activities are $5 for an Activity Wristband, which includes repeat access to an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, balloon animals, several carnival games, and prizes. You can register online in advance or the day of for $5/child 4 and older. Children ages 3 & under are FREE.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
- Chicken BBQ – 12-6 PM
- Kids’ Activities – 1:30-3 PM and 4-5:30 PM
- Bake Sale, Plant Sale, and Silent Auction — 1:30-5:30 PM
- Live Auction and Program – 3 PM
