New Multi-Use Path Constructed on Millstream Road
LANCASTER, PA — Tanger Outlets in Lancaster recently completed a community multi-use path on the east border of our Lancaster Campus as part of an agreement with East Lampeter Township. The bike and pedestrian path will be accessible to LM students and community members and extends the length of Millstream Road from Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society to the edge of the practice fields on LM’s southeast corner.
The trail was constructed as a township-mandated requirement for Tanger’s recent expansion plan, which includes over 100,00 additional square feet of retail space on the plot of land immediately to Lancaster Mennonite’s east. Tanger paid the full expense of the path, including the chain-link fencing that runs along the west side of Millstream Road. The school was pleased to partner with Tanger and the Township on this project.
