On February 25, four Lancaster Mennonite seniors competed in the 51st Annual Millersville University High School Math Contest at Millersville University.
More than 230 students from over 30 schools across Pennsylvania participated in this challenging competition. The contest included an individual short-answer round followed by a team problem-solving round, with questions covering topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, logic, probability, elementary functions, and number theory.
Representing Lancaster Mennonite were seniors Yugo Yoshii, Bill Rothwein, Donovan Stoltzfus, and Josh Reinford, who worked both individually and as a team to tackle complex mathematical problems.
We’re proud of these students for representing LM well and for using their gifts in mathematics to take on such a rigorous academic challenge!
