Kate GIt is our great joy to announce that Kate Grieser is the new Director of Donor Guidance and Development for Lancaster Mennonite School. Kate most recently served as the Capital Campaign Coordinator and as the interim Advancement team lead. She has worked closely with the Superintendent, former Director of Advancement, donors and alumni in advancing LM’s unification capital campaign.

Prior to joining Lancaster Mennonite, Kate served as Development Assistant at Eastern Mennonite Missions where she played a key role in the “Moving in Mission” capital campaign. She also previously worked as an Underwriter at Eastern Alliance Insurance and in her family business, Family Heritage Restaurant in Franconia, PA. She is an alumna of Christopher Dock Mennonite High School and Goshen College with a Business degree, and is a current LM parent with two students in the Spanish Immersion Program. She is very involved in her church, Sunnyside Mennonite.

Dr. Michael Badriaki shares, “We are thrilled to promote Kate to this role. She has already been fostering strong relationships with our donors and alumni as Capital Campaign Coordinator which will continue in her current role. She has strong organizational skills, creative ideas, and is very effective in sharing the school’s values and mission through her personal storytelling of the great experiences of her kids at LM, which will all be a huge asset to our donors and development at Lancaster Mennonite School!”

Please join us in congratulating Kate and warmly welcome her into this new role.
