Support the school on April 28 with a fundraiser and fun community event
(Lancaster, PA) Lancaster Mennonite School is hosting their Annual Spring Celebration: Auction & BBQ fundraiser and community event on April 28, 2023. This year it will be held at their unified campus and celebrated together in one location at 2176 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA. Funds from the event will support making Christ-centered, world changing education at LM accessible to more students.
The event will include a chicken BBQ, live auction, bake sale, plant sale, and kids activities featuring an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, carnival games, and balloon animals!
Pre-registration for BBQ meals will close on April 14th. They encourage you to order online in advance and reserve your food, but you are welcome to purchase it first come first serve on the day-of as well. BBQ meals are $12.50 in advance and $15 the day of.
Kids activities are $5 for an Activity Wrist Band, which includes repeat access to an inflatable obstacle course, face painting, balloon animals, several carnival games, and prizes. You can register online in advance or the day of for $5/child 4 and older. Children ages 3 & under are FREE.

- Chicken BBQ – 12-6:30pm
- Kids’ Activities – 3-5 PM and 7-8 PM
- Bake Sale and Plant Sale — 4-8 PM

Weather Plan
In the event of rain, the Children’s Activities will be moved inside. Unfortunately, the inflatable obstacle course cannot be operated in the rain. All other events, including BBQ, will go forward as planned. We will see you on Friday, rain or shine!
