It is our great joy to announce that Claire House will be the new Director of Enrollment at Lancaster Mennonite School. Her official first day will be September 16, 2024.
Claire has spent the past 11 years in higher education, focusing on both enrollment and retention. As a Director of Admissions and Student Success, she helped to develop and implement strategies that contributed to the University of Valley Forge’s enrollment growth. Before transitioning to higher education, she worked as an instructional aide for kindergarten through second grade at a K-12 charter school. She has enjoyed working with students and families across various stages of their educational journeys. She has a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Valley Forge.
She has a heart for missions and has served on several short-term trips in several countries over the past decade and continues to serve in missions in different ways. Outside of mission work, she enjoys serving in the kid’s ministry at her church, reading, and spending time with family.
Claire is excited to work at Lancaster Mennonite school because, “I am passionate about helping students discover their passions and purposes. I am thrilled to join the mission at Lancaster Mennonite, where I can assist families and students in beginning their journey toward success at a school that values educational excellence and empowers students to make a difference through Christ-like love.”
“We are excited to have Claire join the team at Lancaster Mennonite! She brings a depth of experience in admissions, education, and supporting students and families. Her love for Christ and intentional care of students positions her well to welcome new families to LM through enrollment,” said Philip Warner, LM Assistant Superintendent.
Please join us in warmly welcoming Claire into this new position.
