We are pleased to update our primary Bible storybook to The Peace Table in all elementary grades this fall! The 140 stories in The Peace Table align well with LM’s existing Bible curriculum, Encounter: an Anabaptist Faith Formation Curriculum. Shifting to using The Peace Table maintains the structure of LM’s curriculum while providing new visuals from 30 diverse illustrators, a “Peace Paths” feature to show how themes of peace are woven throughout scripture, and a resource section that “includes ideas for how to experience peace with God, self, others, and creation, as well as maps, background information on the Bible, interactive ways to pray, and prayers for many occasions.”
