We were thrilled to host our students’ pastors and spiritual mentors to campus on Wednesday, October 23 for our annual Pastor’s Day Breakfast. There were 39 pastors in attendance representing 36 congregations.
There was a time for pastors to network and fellowship together over breakfast and a short program by LM. The program featured a poem reading by the Elementary Blazer Buddies, a student panel, and a song by Campus Chorale. There was a lot of great conversation and energy with the excitement of students and pastors connecting together.
Lancaster Mennonite is so thankful for the work of pastors and faith communities, and we praise God knowing that our students have many groups of people who love and care for them and teach them about faith, the Bible, discipleship, and what it means to follow Jesus. It is our hope that we were able to provide pastors with a positive opportunity for interaction with the young members of their congregation. We are so thankful these pastors and congregations allow Lancaster Mennonite to come alongside their ministry and provide a high-quality Christian education to the future World Changers of their church community.
