Support the school on April 26 with a fundraiser and fun community event
Lancaster Mennonite School is hosting our Annual Spring Celebration: Auction & BBQ fundraiser and community event on April 26, 2025 at the school, located at 2176 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA. Funds from the event will support making Christ-centered, world changing education at LM accessible to more students.
The event will include a chicken BBQ, auction, bake sale, plant sale, stage performances, concession stand, and activities for all ages!
Pre-registration for BBQ meals will close on Friday, April 11th. We encourage you to order online in advance and reserve your food, but you are welcome to purchase it first come first serve on the day-of as well. BBQ meals are $13 in advance and $15 the day of, and you can pre-order a half chicken for $9 (pre-registration only).
Schedule of Events
- 11 AM – 1 PM → Spring Open House, drop-in for tours from our Admissions Team
- 12 – 4 PM → Kids Activities
- 2:00-4:00 PM: Balloon Animals
- All afternoon: Face painting, barrel train rides, spin art, inflatable bounce castle and obstacle course, carnival games, photos with Elsa and Olaf, petting zoo, STEM activities, and community art mural
- 12 – 4 PM → Live Stage Performances
- 12:30-1:30 PM: Doc Yoder Entertainment (stage)
- 1:30-2:00 PM: Drum circle with Dr. B., LM Superintendent (stage)
- 12 – 4 PM → Plant Sale, Sweets and Treats Sale, and Concession Stand
- 4 PM → Live Auction
- 12 – 6 PM → Chicken BBQ
- 7 PM → LMH Student Showcase Musical
